As part of our commitment to continuous learning and development, women employees at Circet Hellas participated—both in person and remotely—in a training initiative focused on Artificial Intelligence and modern digital skills.

The initiative was delivered in collaboration with Microsoft and focused on developing a practical understanding of AI’s capabilities and how it can be used safely and responsibly in the modern workplace.

Participants had the opportunity to explore:

  • key concepts and applications of Artificial Intelligence,
  • tools that can support productivity and creativity,
  • examples of how AI can be used across different professional roles,
  • considerations related to its safe and responsible use,
  • the skills that are becoming increasingly important for the future of work.

Through initiatives like this, we aim to provide equal access to knowledge and strengthen our people’s confidence in adapting to technological change.
