The Circet Group has announced the signing of an agreement to acquire Paralos Energy, together with its subsidiaries Parcon and Gecko, significantly strengthening the Group’s presence in the energy infrastructure sector.

Paralos Energy is a well-established EPC and O&M contractor serving the renewable energy and power infrastructure sectors in Greece and Southeast Europe.

Since its establishment in 2015, the company has developed extensive expertise in delivering complex energy projects, with particular specialization in:

  • medium-, high- and extra-high-voltage substations,
  • power grid interconnection projects,
  • installations operating at voltage levels of up to 400 kV,
  • renewable energy projects,
  • the construction, operation and maintenance of energy infrastructure.

The company employs nearly 200 people and, in addition to its strong presence in Greece, also operates in Romania, Bulgaria and Germany.

This agreement represents an important step in the development of Circet Energy and strengthens the Group’s ability to support the energy transition in Greece and across the wider European market.
