Mother’s Day is more than a celebration of motherhood — it is a reminder of the multiple roles and identities women carry throughout their lives.
We believe in the importance of supporting and recognizing women not only as mothers, but also as leaders, professionals, caregivers, and individuals with diverse ambitions.

To honor this special day, we partnered with Odyssea, a non-profit organization that promotes inclusion, empowerment, and lifelong learning, creating an event designed to spark genuine dialogue and meaningful change.

The Workshop: “Woman–Mother: Life Through the Multiplicity of Roles”

In an interactive session guided by Odyssea, our colleagues explored how women’s multiple roles shape both their personal and professional journeys. Using digital tools such as Mentimeter, participants engaged anonymously, sharing thoughts, voting, and commenting on key themes such as:

  • Leadership
  • Caregiving and emotional load
  • Ambition and professional development
  • Balancing family and work

The discussion shed light on the often “invisible” pressures women experience — from balancing family care with career demands to managing the emotional burden that frequently goes unrecognized. It was a powerful reminder that inclusion is not about a single day, but about creating workplaces built on empathy, flexibility, and meaningful everyday support.

This experience was a moment of recognition and empathy for Circet Hellas. It strengthened our commitment to gender equality — not just in words, but through continuous action.

Promoting equality means listening, adapting, and creating space for every identity — for mothers, caregivers, professionals, and beyond. Each of us brings much more than a job title to the workplace; we bring our whole selves, and that deserves to be visible, acknowledged, and supported.
